Returns

Because all items are subject to natural wear and tear, we will only accept an item for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

If you prefer an exchange, you will be responsible for:

  1. The return shipping charge
  2. A 20% Restocking Fee
  3. Any higher price difference between the item you return and your second choice item
  4. Shipping charges for the replacement item

To return an item for refund due to personal preference, you will be responsible for:

  1. The return shipping charge
  2. A 20% Restocking Fee

**ALL EXCHANGES AND RETURNS MUST BE COMPLETE AND IN SALEABLE CONDITION TO QUALIFY FOR FULL CREDIT**

Once you have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA#) Number:

  1. Box the item in the original packaging, taking the same care that was taken to ship to you. If you have removed the product from it's shrink packaging, the parts MUST be carefully wrapped together to avoid scratching.
  2. Include your sales receipt. A photo copy is acceptable. Write the Return Goods Authorization (RGA#) Number you were given, on the sales receipt.
  3. The Return Goods Authorization (RGA#) number MUST be written on the courier's waybill!
  4. Ship back using the carrier requested by Cloud-Rider® Designs Ltd.

Privacy

Our company is committed to providing you the best of products at fair prices with excellent customer service. We consider the protection of the personal information of each customer (including potential customers) to be a key part of our high level of service. Our goal is to treat our customer's personal information with utmost respect. Our policy has always been to treat what we learn about our customers as confidential. We never give or sell personal information about our customers to any third party not affiliated with their transaction.

We consider "personal information" to be information about an identifiable individual. Any personal information that you submit to the site will remain safe and secure.

Reason For Limited Collection Use & Disclosure of Information

We will only collect and use personal information about our customers to identify them, to communicate with them and to protect the Company and it's customers against error or fraud.

Our databases are protected by physical, technical and procedural measures that restrict information access to unauthorized persons. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.

Use of Personal Information

The personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide to us will be used to process your order and to that end will be used to identify you within our systems. We may use your e-mail to contact you if we have questions about your order.

We contract with third parties to provide specific products or services to you. We use InternetSecure to issue credit, verify, bill and collect payments when you make a purchase with a credit card and an outside shipping company (s) to ship orders. These service providers are provided with only the information that they need to perform their functions and are not permitted to use or disclose your personally identifiable information for other purposes. Although we make reasonable efforts to limit access to our facilities to unauthorized personnel, we are not responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of information that is printed and placed in plain view on a shipping package.

Retention of Customer Information

We retain information about customers as necessary for business purposes and as required by government regulations. For example, we retain information about shipments, including names and addresses, so that we can provide delivery, proof of delivery and tracking of purchases as needed. We carefully dispose of records and delete information when retention periods expire.

Delivery

At Cloud-Rider® Designs Ltd., we pride ourselves in the care, efficiency and focus on excellent customer service that all of our staff maintain.

Once you place your order, you will receive an e-mail receipt verifying your purchase and the charge to your credit card.

All purchases are treated as priority and are taken in good faith.
Because we usually 'build-to-order', most items are ready to ship within 10 to 15 business days.
*We may have a small stock of the particular items you order, which would shorten your wait. (Powder Coat items require additional time)

We also allow for those unforeseen difficulties that are beyond our control.
To that end, we allow four (4) to five (5) weeks to fill most orders.
Of course, if we can ship your order earlier than that, we definitely will.

You will receive another e-mail on the day your purchase ships, including the Name of the Courier and their Tracking Number, if you wish to trace its progress. In most cases we ship via FedEx - Purolator. Please allow seven (7) to ten (10) business days for the order to reach you. Depending on where you live, it may arrive sooner. Most of our customers have received their shipped order within 3 to 5 days.

Courier companies typically have work hours between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. It's best to have someone available to sign for and accept your package.

As you can see we want to be 'up front' with you and not promise the moon and disappoint you. We may be able to satisfy your order quite quickly, but, because we do not carry inventory in every option, of every line, of every part we produce, we choose to tell you the longest wait time possible and pleasantly surprise you with a shorter time.

Cloud-Rider® Designs Ltd. will pay return shipping charges, if applicable, on all valid warranty claims.

All warranty claims must include the following:

  • Defective Product (carefully packaged for shipment)
  • Proof of purchase (photocopy of original register receipt is acceptable)
