ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

Cloud-Rider Designs® Ltd. guarantees its:

• SILL GUARDS™, Vehicle Threshold Protector that has been properly installed and used according to its intended use (i.e. vehicle threshold/door sill protector), against manufacturing defects for one year (1) years from the original date of purchase.
• This warranty is only in effect to the original purchaser and shall not apply if the product has been removed from the original vehicle
  on which it was installed.
• This warranty is void if any damages to the product are due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or any
  uses contrary to the intended use of the product. (i.e. vehicle threshold/door sill protector)
• This warranty covers the cost of the defective part(s) and not the costs of removal, installation, or other incidental charges.
• This warranty is limited to replacement of the actual product and carries no cash value.
• This warranty is limited to the actual purchase price of the product excluding the following: All applicable taxes;
  Shipping costs; Handling fees.
